How Does Delivery Work?

We offer next-day dispatch on business days. Please allow up to 72 hours for our team to pack your order.

You can expect your package within 7-20 days (specific timing depends on your region). 

If your order does not arrive within 30 business days, please contact us so that we can follow it up with the courier.

We offer FREE pickup from our business address in Calgary. For more details, please send an email to info@cocomangokids.com. 

For FREE pickup, please allow our team 72 hours to prepare the order.

We offer FREE shipping for orders over 100$.

Incorrect Shipping Address Details

We will deliver the products ordered to the address that was provided for delivery when the order was placed. We ask that customers double-check that the delivery addresses provided are accurate, correctly written, and include a full postcode in accordance with postal service addressing regulations. If an order is delayed or lost in the mail due to a customer's incorrectly provided or incomplete address/postcode, We are not liable and the customer will be subject to additional product purchase charges and delivery charges if applicable. We reserve the right to ask you to wait up to 28 business days before we resend the item.
